I have KP on my arms as well as just really dry skin around my ankles. I was skeptical that these would work. They feel like a cat's tongue. If you have ever been licked by a cat you will understand. It causes the skin to kind of pill up and slough off in the shower. If you allow the water to soften the skin a bit before using. I also find it helpful to use around knees elbows and ankles if you plan on self tanning. You don't get the weird darker areas around dry spots. It also helps minimize ingrown hairs by clearing the skin and allowing the hair to be released. You do need to keep adjusting it on your hand from time to time, but it does sit pretty well as long as you push your hand in all the way. If you have tiny hands and super slim fingers you might struggle more. The results are amazing though.
